A New Way to Manage Your Appointments – Coming 16 June 2026

From 16 June 2026, we will be introducing our new Care Navigator appointment service to help make managing appointments easier and more convenient for our patients.

To begin with, the service will be able to help you:

• Cancel an appointment
• Check your appointment details
• Rebook an appointment where appropriate

The service has been designed to make these simple requests quicker and easier, helping you get the information you need without having to wait for a member of the team to become available.

Please be assured that our practice team remains here to support you. This new service is simply an additional way to access our services and help us respond to patients more efficiently.

We will be introducing further features gradually over the coming months, taking a careful and measured approach to ensure the service continues to meet the needs of our patients.
