My Health Online

Once you have registered you will only be allowed to book one appointment until you have provided the practice with photographic identity and we enable full access. In the future, just like online banking you will be able to receive a range of online services using My Health Online, including the ordering of repeat medication, viewing allergies and immunisations and updating your details.
How to create an account
Please visit the My Health Online site and 'Register' and select the option 'NO' to create your new account. Once you have entered your details, a verification email will be sent to the email address you have registered with. Please select the link in this email to activate your account.
Initially, you will be able to book 1 appointment. Once you have provided ID at reception or by email to enquiries.w97010@wales.nhs.uk (Disclaimer - The practice accepts no responsibility for emails that may be misdirected or intercepted), your account will be altered to allow access to further appointments, repeat prescriptions and to change your email address.
Forms of suitable identification: Passport, birth certificate, NHS Card or driving licence.
