Mental Health Support Worker Appointments

If you have new or ongoing problems with anxiety, low mood, depression or stress, then please make an appointment to discuss your problems with our mental health support worker. This can be pre-booked with the Mental Health specialist directly through your GP surgery.

Our support worker will be able to direct you to counselling and self help services, organise your starting medication if needed, and arrange onwards referral to the mental health community team.
