The NHS Wales App
The NHS Wales App lets you securely access health records, book and manage GP appointments and order repeat prescriptions (subject to your GP practice making these services available via the App).
To register for the App, patients need to be registered with a GP practice in Wales, be at least 16 years old, have a valid email address (used as a unique identifier), and be able to verify their identity. They can verify their identity using NHS login or the Welsh Identity Verification Service.
